We are a registered non-profit organization working to support the less privileged. We advance their knowledge and skills through training and other guided self-learning programs. We derive our motivation from the ancient Greek word "Eureka" which means "I've found it". It is a famous exclamation attributed to Archimedes, a renowned scientist who discovered the Principle of Upthrust. People say Eureka when they are excited about discovering or learning something new.
At Eureka Learners Foundation, our mission is to create an enabling environment for people to discover themselves, information, and opportunities capable of transforming their lives for good. We welcome people who are adventurous and passionate about learning. Those who are optimistic about the future and have the courage to dare the unknown, break barriers and achieve success, irrespective of the odds they face in life.
Our programs are free to low cost, breaking the barriers of educational inequality and enabling socioeconomically disadvantaged persons the opportunity to be empowered. We offer a wide range of learning programs, including online courses, internships, IT, scholarships, workshops and more.
We currently work in West Africa and South West Europe to advance literacy and empowerment of socio-economically disadvantaged persons through our capacity building programs. We work with a broad range of partners across the world to bring equitable learning opportunities to our target population. Within the course of 3 years, we have empowered over 300 persons across 17 countries and our program participants have benefited from a broad range of globally reputable educational institutions.
